Registration
- Each registration is specified for one person and is non-transferable.
- The presenting author (oral or poster) must register under a regular registration (EURECA-PRO or Non-EURECA-PRO or Student) and present in person only.
- Each regular registration allows for a maximum of one contributions: please indicate the contribution format during registration (oral presentation or poster presentation).
- The registration fee does not include any bank charges or other potential charges, which are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Registration includes
- Admission to all sessions and poster displays
- Lunches
- Tea, coffee, light snacks during breaks
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- After 12 March 2027, no refund will be possible, except in cases of force majeure or extenuating circumstances (i.e., medical or family emergency, confinement or mandatory mobility restrictions, etc.), for which proper documentation is required.
