Presenters Guidelines

Each accepted paper is by default considered for an oral presentation, unless otherwise specified by the Scientific Committee or the author(s) request for a poster only option.
The mode (i.e., oral or poster presentation) and the corresponding session of each accepter paper is defined in the INCORCP 2025 Detailed Programme.

Oral Presentations

Oral presentations last 15 minutes total (i.e., 10 minutes presentation and 5 minutes Questions & Answers).
Presentation files may only be submitted in a PowerPoint or PDF format.
Each presenting author in an oral presentation must upload the presentation file in the designated “File Upload-Download” folder in the INCORCP 2025 padlet.
Presentation file must be uploaded no later than one hour prior to the actual presentation.

Poster Presentations

All posters must be printed in the A0 size (841×1189 mm)
Accepted papers presented as posters must be mounted on the designated poster boards no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the corresponding poster session.
At least one author must be present by the poster for questions by the Conference participants for the length of the designated poster session.
Following the completion of the poster session, authors are responsible for dismounting their posters from the poster boards. Posters left on the poster boards will be discarded following the completion of INCORCP 2025.
No poster printing services will available at the Conference. Authors are solely responsible for printing their posters and bringing them to the designated poster session. It is highly advisable for poster presenters to print or make printing arrangements prior to their travel. If you choose to print your poster in Chania, please contact the local shops and inquire about printing options, costs, and time required to print your poster.
