Instructions For Presenters

Oral Presentations

• Please use the Oral Presentation Template.
• Upload your oral presentation file (up to 300Mb) via the Oral Presentations File Upload site. Compatible formats: ppt and pdf. 
  
• Contact the Organizing Committee or the designated Chairs for specific requirements of your presentation.
• 15 minutes are designated to each presentation followed by 5 minutes designated to discussion.

Poster Presentations

• Use the Poster Template to print your poster.
• Poster Presenters are responsible for printing their poster(s) and at the required A0 size (i.e., 841 x 1189 mm).
• Posters will be posted on Wednesday, 26.09.23, from 9:00-9:30 until Thursday, 27.09.2023, 19:00.
• Poster presentations will take place between 14:00 to 15:00 hours on Wednesday and Thursday. Presenters are required to be present at their poster(s) location, either Wednesday or Thursday or both days.
