Social Internet of Things (SIoT) is an emerging concept addressing social networks established between humans and objects. Objects like humans are considered intelligent and social. Devices have their unique ID and a number of mechanisms for discovering other devices and their services, as well as ways for communicating among them in order to create composed services. This workshop will introduce the technologies related to SIoT as well as aspects related to security management in these ecosystems.
